yearly rent reserved by and the performance of the covenants

contained in the within Lease Her said Majesty Queen Victoria

doth hereby grant and demise unto the Company their Successors

and assigns ALL THAT the exclusive right to impound the flow

of water of the natural streams and water courses which run

through on to and over the said INLAND LOT NO. 1336 and to make

use of and to divert the same TO HOLD the easement and premises

hereby expressed to be demised unto the company their successors

and assigns for all the residue now to come and unexpired of

the said te m of nine hundred and ninety nine years subject to

the payment of the rent reserved by and the performance of the

several covenants and conditions contained in the within

written Lease AND subject to the provisions therein contained AND subject also to the performance of the said recited agreement dated the Elventh day of December One thousand eight hundred and ninety five IN WITNESS whereof the Seal of the said Company hath been hereunto duly affixed by the undersigned Messieurs John Swire & Sons of London the General Agents of the

said Company the day and year first above written.
